Shipping & Tracking
To provide the fastest and most reliable service, orders are fulfilled through our trusted network of fulfillment and distribution partners.
If your order contains items from multiple collections, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. When this occurs, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Duties
International delivery estimates do not include potential customs processing, import procedures, or local postal delays that are outside our control. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Uncollected Packages
If your parcel is held by your local postal service or courier for collection, you are responsible for collecting it within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply if you request it to be reshipped.
